First iteration towards v1.1

- Added EMI-blocking capacitors at all power inputs and outputs
- Added protection resistors on FET driver inputs
- Added gate resistor
- Replaced 3.3V-LDO with more power saving version
- Inverted logical pin ordering on UART port (physical ordering is
  unchanged)
- Added first bunch of mounting holes

- Adapted layout
